Madison Beer

MadisonA music lover and experimenter since a young stage, Long Island, New York's Madison Elle Beer started posting videos of herself singing cover versions of well-known songs as 13 years old in 2012. In the space of a few months pop star Justin Bieber came across her version of Etta James' "At Last" and shared it with his 25-million-plus Twitter followers. The media coverage that resulted from it brought her to a record contract with Island Records and a management deal with Bieber's manager the next year. In the meantime, Beer was also cast in a small part in the film Louder Than Words, which starred David Duchovny and made its premier at the festival late in 2013. The poppy and melismatic "Melodies," her debut single, was also released in late 2013.
